Refund & Return Policy

We accept eligible return requests made within 30 days after delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items showing wear, damage after delivery, or missing original components may not be accepted.

Start a return

Email team@supplykimmy.us with your order number and reason for the return. If approved, we will provide the correct return address and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving approval.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can review the issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to request another size or item is to contact us. Availability is not guaranteed because quantities are limited.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may need additional time to post the refund.
