Shipping Policy
Supply Kimmy ships physical apparel orders to destinations available during checkout.
Processing time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. This is the time needed to prepare and hand your order to the carrier; delivery time begins after carrier pickup. If an exception affects your order, we’ll contact you.
U.S. shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $8 for orders under $70.
- Free standard shipping: orders of $70 or more.
- Express shipping: $15.
Your available shipping options and final rate are displayed before payment.
Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates are displayed at checkout when available. Carrier estimates may change because of weather, carrier delays, holidays, address issues, or other conditions outside our control.
Tracking
When carrier tracking is available, it is sent to the email or phone number used at checkout. Please verify your shipping address before placing an order.
Address changes and delivery issues
If you notice an address error, email team@supplykimmy.us immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing. For lost, delayed, or marked-delivered packages, contact us and the carrier so the shipment can be reviewed.
International orders
When international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.
